Having attitude kind of gets a bad rap, and we’re not talking about the musical variety. However, having a positive attitude in your firm can affect those you work with. A recent study showed that more than 80% of employees would be more motivated to work harder if their boss expressed gratitude in the workplace. As we head into the season of expressing thankfulness, why not do the same for your business? To help you cultivate your business gratitude with the right attitude, we wanted to demonstrate what we CARE for.

Clients. First and foremost, we enjoy working with our clients and know you do, too. Just like no two financial advisors are alike, we love tailoring personalized marketing solutions for our customers. We’re talking about the kind of financial advisor ready to embrace their authentic self and share it with others. When we find a great client match, it’s better than peanut butter and jelly. Take it from us; marketing is our jam! To boost your gratitude with the right attitude, consider this: What types of clients have I enjoyed working with the most this past year?
A
Adaptability. In the lifetime of Kalli Collective (five years and still going strong!),we are grateful for the call to be adaptable. Why? Because it has allowed our business to grow beyond four walls. Our remote team spans from the East Coast to the West Coast and many in between. This allows us to work with clients from all over, including internationally. Hooray for virtual meetings! While remote work isn’t appropriate for everyone, ask: How has my firm been adaptable this year?

Redirections. We know it’s easy to focus on the setbacks, especially with how difficult the past few years have been. Business wouldn’t be business without a few challenges. However, at Kalli Collective, we don’t view shortcomings as failures.Instead, these are merely redirections. Each detour provides an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. This allows us to serve our clients better! Now is the time to reflect: What redirections have my team, and I encountered this past year that have resulted in positive outcomes?
E
Entourage. It’s true that “teamwork makes the dream work,” and we couldn’t be more grateful for our entire team. From our client engagement, creative team, and internal operations, we support and encourage each other to go above and beyond for our clients AND our business. From minor to large financial advisory groups, we can all agree that working with “your people” allows you to provide the best service to your clients. To show your support, think about: How can I show my team how much I appreciate them?
In this season of thankfulness, take some time to reflect upon your firm’s past year. We’re confident that you’ll see how eventful this year has been in doing so! By cultivating gratitude, you will be able to remind yourself how far you’ve come and encourage yourself and your team for the future.
