Deliver completed designs and graphics that accomplish the client’s goals.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

This position must deliver these outcomes:

Capture attention and engage audience

Designs need to captivate the target audience's attention and pull them into the content to read more. 

Delight client

Correct usage of spelling & grammar

Design within brand guidelines & to client specifications

Capture the client’s voice and opinions

Complete assignments by due date

Complete revisions within 1-2 days of receipt

Take advantage of each platform’s capabilities

Designs need to be optimized for each platform

Employ any new trends that will achieve the client’s goals

Research proper sizes, required file types, and any other platform-specific details

• Financial Industry knowledge
  • Fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry
  • Apply financial industry-specific style issues relating to content and recognize industry-specific compliance issues
• Advanced command of grammar and attention to detail
• Self-directed fact-checking
• Time management sufficient to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Recognize opportunities and learn the ongoing capabilities of a variety of channels and mediums
• Assist others in making decisions related to the refinement/improvement of copy and messaging
• Advanced knowledge of Monday.com
